Thomaston-Upson Recreational Department and Family Youth and Child Alliance (FYCA) are teaming up to sponsor Back to School Summer Fun Day at Weaver Park on Saturday, July 30, from 10 am to 2 pm.
There will be a water slide, exhibits, games and a hot dog lunch. Starter school supplies will be awarded to the first 200 children to register at the park. This is a free event and promises to be fun for the entire family.
